The charity is pleased to announce that Ramani Varanasi, living in Boston, USAis to set up the American fund-raising branch of HAPC.
Over the past three months, Ramani has been learning more about the charity’s work for the poor, after initially making contact to explore opportunities working with HAPC Goa, during a month break in December. Ramani, who enjoys working with children offered to help out in any way she could, including teaching English, caring for children, as well as getting involved in fund raising activities. While she wasn’t able to get involved in all of those activities, she managed to visit the Goa office and met with Prof. Erwin Desa, Goa Chairman.
